Account & Data Deletion

We respect your privacy and your right to control your personal data. If you wish to permanently delete your account and all associated data, you have two options:

Option 1: Delete via the App

• Log in to your account on the Eshtri App or Web Portal.
• Navigate to your Profile.
• Go to Settings and select Account Security.
• Click on Delete Account and confirm your choice.

Option 2: Request Deletion via Email

If you no longer have access to your account, you can request manual data deletion by emailing us at privacy@eshtri.ae.

• Send an email from the address associated with your Eshtri account.
• Use the subject line: "Account Deletion Request".
• Our support team will process your request and securely erase your data within 7-14 business days.
